At the U.S. African Development Foundation, Afia modernized communications across 22 countries and grew digital engagement by over 250%.

She moved into corporate strategy at LMI, then into global transformation at PTC, where she designed communication systems for a 3,000-person global organization.

At Amazon, she led global change communications for enterprise system rollouts, advising leaders through scale, uncertainty, and high-stakes transformation.
